Return policy
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of purchase to receive your money back. After 7 days and before 14 days you will receive store credit.
- After 14 days we are NOT able to issue a return.
- Merchandise must be UNWORN, in original condition and with TAGS STILL ATTACHED with no odors, and no signs of wash or wear.
- Non returnable items include, but are not limited to: Final Sale items, items discount 50% off (or more), items won in a giveaway, gift cards, intimates, and/or perishable items.
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise.
- NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS.
Online Returns
- If you have purchased something online & need to ship it back you are responsible for shipping costs. Take to your local USPS to ship out, or log into USPS.com, create & print your own label. It doesn't have to be in any specific packaging to send back.
- When we receive the return, your full refund will be processed.
Shipping
- All orders will ship out within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated (shipping may take an extra day during high-volume times such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday).
- All orders are shipped from a USA address.
- We do not ship internationally with the exception of APO addresses.
- $10 Flat-Rate Shipping - Orders $150+ Ship Free (U.S. Only). Includes APO addresses.
- We will be shipping all orders using USPS!
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has shipped. Please contact the USPS regarding this problem.
- When ordering for a special occasion or gift, please keep in mind possible postal delays, especially during high-volume times such as holidays.
